Western Mechanical Electrical Millwright Services Ltd. of Barrie, Ontario was contracted to mount a Canadian Forces CF-5 Freedom Fighter outside of the Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) building near former Canadian Forces Base Downsview in Toronto.
