The Civil division was originally founded to support mechanical and millwright projects and has revealed to be instrumental in this function. This division has the capacity to build an industrial complex from design right through to the final finishing – offering complete turn key service.

One of our specialties is the construction of press foundations for which we pre build monolithic forms at our facility and insert them on site to complete the concrete foundation. In utilizing this system developed by Western, we can cut time and expenses out of a project for our customer in a substantial way.
